Green primer: No more redness?

I'm here with a quick review on Parisax Base Correctrice de teint. It's a green tones primer which is supposed to cancel out any redness and prepare your skin for foundation so it lasts longer.

What it does?

It neutralizes red cheeks, pimples and any red imperfections. It's not crazy green so you won't even see it when applied.

Does it REALLY work?

Yes it does. I got this product a few months ago but to be honest I didn't post it online because I thought it doesn't work. I want to feature only the products I believe in. But I was mistaken. I tried it on my skin at dim light and I applied it to my whole face so I of course couldn't compare the before and after.

But a week ago something nteresting happened. I watched a Yutube video about covering redness and the girl mentioned some primer she uses. There's a special trick she said, you've gotta wait for a few minutes so it starts working. So I took it back from my beauty drawer and gave it a second chance. I applied it to one cheek and let it dry for about 5 minutes. And it worked!!! The neutralized cheeck was much less red and very nice and soft. It was a little bit grey compared to the other glowing red cheek. It's meant to put foundation over that, you can even use a concealer underneath.

When do you use it?

Whenever. Its texture is very light so it won't bother you to wear it even every single day.

I'm so happy I own this product. As a rosacea sufferer I must work hard to cover redness. I would absolutely advise you to buy it. It's far better than Catrice, Essence or any other green primer I've used.

AmsterDAMN

I wish I could greet you from Amsterdam but I'm sadly already back to Slovenia. I had such a great time. I wandered around, did a collaborational shooting with a South African musician and photographer in Amsterdam, Bas Raad, hung up with a fashion blogger Milena from BraidsAndEyeliner and did a bit of shopping for my prom next month (I discovered a lot of small vintage galleries and shops, loved them!). I really enjoy travelling alone, that's the best thing one can do to experience something new. I met a bunch of new cool people. I'm looking forward to returning to this amazing city, hopefully soon.

I'm impressed by the architecture, I took hundreds of photos.

It was unexpectedly cold. I wanted to wear socks 'n' sandals but I ended up in warm socks and boots because it was around 5°C and it rained a bit. My hair was a mess because of the constant strong wind. Such a pussy to rant about that. Well, that was my biggest problem. #luckyme

Felt like wearing a monochrome outfit, it's never a bad idea. But I wouldn't be me without something flashy like a blue bag or red eyelids.

90s bitch

An amazing week is behind me, we had holidays. Now I only have to stay alive till June when I'm done with matura exams. But to be honest I don't panic so much (yet).

I finally managed to enable all your comments - also the anonymous ones - thanks to my cousin Sara. As I didn't get many questions for this Ask Agnes post yet I thought you would all like to ask me anonymously. I'll still do this post but a bit later, so you have some time to leave your questions down below. I wouldn't have been wearing it every day if it wasn't so good! I own quite some foundations, it's hard to find a product that you really really like, yeah? But as a loyal user I can give you an honest review. Parisax foundation really is great! I have mixed skin, oily T-zone, dry cheeks. Any dry foundation would just dry my cheeks out even more but it must be enough matte and long lasting it stays on my forehead without moving. This foundation is thick just enough, it's medium coverage, yellow undertone, light enough for my skin (which I light it to be pale!!!), stays on perfect all day. Comparing to Loreal True match it's less dewy and lighter but maybe even a bit more pigmented.

I honestly love it. I'll definitely rebuy it.

It all matters

Hi cats! Here I am with a new outfit post! I'm even busier than before studying all days and preparing myself for an English certificate. I'm really nervous. But #shecandothat.

Today when I was going home from a chit chat in Optika Smole (check out my selfie in their Dior sunnies) I experienced a funny thing. I was walking to the nearest bus stop when I saw a girl taking pictures of me. "Okay. Keep calm, she's probably just doing selfies." As I got closer she stopped me and asked me if that's really me, Agnes. She was extremely nervous when she asked me to take a picture with her saying she's a huge fan of mine and that she's following me on all social media and it that meant the world to her to see me in real. I has so surprised I couldn't even speak. I must have given her one of those 'what's just happening' looks while taking that photo. She could't stop staring at me and thanking for that photo we took together. I hope I somehow made her day or whatever. :D

I realise that what's on the internet actually isn't just on the internet. So when it comes to meeting someone I know online I get a strange feeling. Of course I'm more than blown away by how much a second of my attention means to someone but at the same time I don't seem to understand why and how. I wish everyone would find their own thing they're amazing at and concentrate more on building and developing themselves rather then worshipping public figures like models or bloggers. It's time consuming.

Having a strong base of teenage readers which I certainly like and am proud of, I notice I'm quite influential. I hope that didn't sound vain. What I also notice is that an influence of fashion bloggers is becoming bigger and bigger. In the world suffering from a lack of genuine relations, attention from family members and their friends the communication between fashion bloggers and their followers became crucial. The more I think about it the more I wish to know about it. Fashion bloggers became the ones who raise teenagers and who they look up to.

Realising all that I feel responsible to be my best, to be kind, loving, hard-working, optimistic, conscious, generous, sincere. To share my knowledge, to inspire with new ideas, to encourage to think outside the box, to be genuine and tolerant. Fashion is a way of connecting people, not only in fashion related subjects.

Many people don't realise that but all of us have certain impact on others. Let this be a depressed photo of a tiny girl saying she's fat that you reblogged on Tumblr or a status about  how Katy Perry was looking at Super Bowl 2015. IT ALL MATTERS.

Amsterdam OOTD & MOTD

Hey busy bees! This post was shot in 2 min so the photos aren't as good but I really wished to show you one of my outfits from Amsterdam where I went from Friday to Sunday. The second post will be up on Wednesday.

I had an amazing time, it was my first time in this smoking city haha but I tuned to this vibe in seconds. I really hope to live in Amsterdam one day, it would be so amazing. The people are kind, weird in a good way, artistic, they all speak fluent English, they are super hospitable, opened and accepting. Multi-cultural at its best. The weather was super nice and sunny although it was freezing and the wind was blowing like crazy.

I wore this gooooorgeous new coat slash cardigan that I got for X-mas from my dearest friend Nathan, which kept me warm inside and out. Couldn't resist wearing a leather black dress- what was I thinking, it has short sleeves!? And of course some leggings and the most comfy and travel appropriate shoes in the whole Universe, my super cool yellow Docs!

Those ones who follow me on Instagram know that I either wear nude lip liners or some vampy lipsticks. Lipsticks rarely excite me for longer than a few days because most of them run off so easily it makes me insane. I stick to Illamasqua lippies. But Parisax honestly blew me away with great pigmentation, long lasting foil finish and beautiful cooler shades.

I'm so lucky to have a chance to travel, meet amazing people, educate and collaborate with successful brands. I'm one grateful Earthling. Birthday girl

Friday was such an amazing day. It was my birthday and this is the outfit I wore. I have the most amazing friends whose company I appreciate a lot. They also surprised me with gifts, I'm getting a tattoo by the way. :D
